Faucets and fixtures are the jewelry of a bathroom remodel, adding shine and style that accent the entire look. But which style and finish are right for your new room? At Improveit, we partner with Moen to offer you a wide selection of fixture options that give your custom bathroom the best performance and style for an excellent price. Our design experts weigh in on the most popular bath fixtures for 2020, and how to sift through the options and find the perfect finish for your beautiful bathroom remodel
And the winner is...
Improveit has completed hundreds of bathroom remodels in 2020, and a few favorite bath fixture collections rose to the top among our clients.

#1 Fixture Collection
Gibson
By far, the Gibson fixture collection was the most popular among our clients, chosen for 50% of bath remodeling projects. The style features a combination of traditional detailing with geometric lines to create a transitional look that will fit in any bathroom and age gracefully.
The only item the Gibson collection doesn’t include is a grab bar, so we looked at trends for that fixture category separately.

#1 Grab Bar
Brantford
The Brantford collection came out on top among Improveit clients, chosen for 30% of bathroom projects. The collection features more delicate and traditional detailing, including tapered escutcheons to cover the grab bar mounting hardware.

#2 Grab Bar
Eva
Coming in a close second, was the Eva grab bar, selected by 27% of Improveit clients. With a decidedly transitional design, the Eva collection features smooth curves and petal-like edges without additional detailing.
Both Brantford and Eva make excellent complements to the Gibson collection, and have full collections of their own for clients who prefer a cohesive, matched set of fixtures throughout the bathroom. In fact, the Brantford collection was the second most popular fixture collection overall among our clients.
silver is here to stay
“Nickel and chrome are classic selections and their appeal will last a while,” says Improveit Project Consultant Tim Parsons. “Like the light shower surround choices, they’re subtle but stylish, and you can design around them really easily.”
Other trendy finishes made an appearance in our clients’ projects as unique bathroom accessories. Matte black fixtures are gaining traction, while oil-rubbed bronze remains popular as a traditional finish. While it’s only available in a couple of our fixture collections, brushed gold fixtures are beginning to make an impression with a real “bathroom jewelry” effect.
