We want this to be a 100% worry-free experience. When you start a project with Improveit, we make it a point to keep you updated every step of the way. After your initial consultation, we’ll help you finalize your financing plan and then get your measuring appointment scheduled. We believe in total transparency and at any time, you can reach out to your Customer Care Rep or the owner with any questions or concerns.
What happens next?
Maybe you are wondering what happens if you do decide to hit the “schedule now” button on our email or give us a call. Here is how our process works in six easy steps!
Step #1 – Fill out our form or call us.Congrats! You are one step closer to your new windows or bathroom! We pass your information along to our team of product specialists to get some more information about your project and set up a time for us to talk in person or virtually. |
Step #2 – Your ConsultationOur Project Specialist will take a look at your home, get a gauge for the project, offer custom solutions and give you a down-to-the-penny quote that is valid for a year. We ask that you set aside an hour and a half to two hours for this and for all homeowners and decision makers to be present. |
Step #3 – Sign on the dotted line
We couldn’t be more excited to start on your project! Whether you agree to start your project the day of your consultation or 364 days later, your price is locked in and we are ready to move forward!
Step #4 – Get the exact measurementsWhile our project specialist will have taken some rough measurements during your in-home consultation, we want to make sure we have everything measured PERFECTLY. We would hate to have your window come in even ½ an inch too large. We firmly believe in measuring twice and installing once. |
Step #5 – Installation DayOnce everything comes into our warehouse, you will get a call to set up your installation. We can typically install a houseful of windows in a day and a bathroom between one and three days. Step #6 – Follow UpAfter your installation, your dedicated Project Manager will give you call to make sure that you are totally satisfied with your remodeling project. They will also talk you through the warranty and any other questions you may have. A year after your project is completed, call us again for your free annual inspection. |
