A master Bath Update
Tom Breeding has built out a beautiful kitchen, back patio, and numerous other projects in his Shepherdsville, KY home over the years, and knows good quality when he sees it. When it came time for Tom and his wife Georgia to update their master bathroom, they began the search for a quality company in their area that they could trust to do the job.
“There was a time when I would have done the work myself,” Tom says, noting that two knee replacements and a back surgery over the years have made it challenging to take on new DIY projects like shower replacement. Updating the bathroom was necessary though; both he and Georgia realized that stepping over the side of the tub-shower combo in their master bathroom was becoming difficult and potentially unsafe.
The Breedings began looking around for bath remodeling companies to provide estimates for the work, and enjoyed meeting with Improveit during the Louisville Home & Garden Show. After speaking with a few team members about upgrading to a walk-in shower, Tom and Georgia selected a simple and stylish white walk-in shower with a glass sliding door.
Tom says the installation was very smoothly and the new walk-in layout “makes it so much easier to take a shower.” Improveit’s service team also came out shortly after the installation was finished to make an adjustment to the new shower door.
