An unexpected problem leads to a beautiful, affordable shower upgrade

When Laura & Blake Williams bought their first house in the spring of 2019, they didn’t plan to update the master bathroom – until the shower door fell off the wall. With little remodeling experience, the couple turned to HomeAdvisor to find a company that could help them repair and improve the small space, and ImproveIt Home Remodeling was on the list. “We told ourselves we would talk to a few companies and compare quotes,” Blake says. “But we met with ImproveIt first and we were so impressed with everything that we cancelled our other appointments.”
The Williamses worked closely with their ImproveIt project consultant to design a bathroom just right for them. By focusing on the shower, Laura and Blake were able to stay within their desired budget, while getting plenty of bang for their buck. Their final design includes a bump-out that gained almost a foot of showering space. With the perfect master shower in place, the Williamses say they’re finished updating their home for now. “Down the road, we know if there’s anything else that comes up, we’re going to call ImproveIt,” Laura says. “We’ve had a great experience, and it feels good to have a company in our back pocket that we can trust.”
