Staying Thankful in a Challenging Year
Oct 26, 2020Thank you.
As friends and family make plans to gather around holiday tables, the tradition of naming something we’re thankful for is alive and well. 2020 has been a challenging year, but at ImproveIt, one thing is true:
There isn’t a table large enough to seat all of the customers we’re thankful for – and that’s all of you!
A year for the history books
As a business, we’re keenly aware of the issues our customers have faced during 2020. Some have had to adjust projects due to shifting needs during the pandemic. Others have found themselves spending so much time at home that they noticed areas of improvement they couldn’t complete on their own.
Regardless of the circumstances, our goal at ImproveIt is to give every customer a worry-free remodeling experience. One where they can feel confident that we’ve provided thorough, honest information about their options, and an affordable solution packed with value. We’re thankful for every opportunity to have these conversations, and especially for the days we get to spend in our customers’ homes leaving them better than we found them.
We appreciate your feedback
Throughout the year, there’s nothing more gratifying than hearing feedback from our customers. Knowing our installers have gone above-and-beyond to make a customer’s life easier tells us we have the right people on the job. Notes about customers enjoying the quality and beauty of their windows and bathrooms confirms that we’re providing the best products possible for every family we serve. Even the days when feedback reveals a problem or concern is so valuable to us. We always want to do an exceptional job, but when we fall short, we jump at the chance to make it right.
For some of you, 2020 gave ImproveIt the chance to completely remodel your master bathroom or replace all the windows in your home. For others, we repaired a screen on a window we installed 10 years ago, or made an adjustment to your sliding shower door. But no matter how big or small the project, every job gave us another chance to connect with our community and deliver on our core values: Integrity, respect, and quality, with no excuses, and always aiming for continuous improvement.
As our customers, your trust in ImproveIt helps us grow every day so we can bring our passion for home improvement to even more families. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for everything you’ve done to help us have a great 2020. We hope we’ve made your year better too.
Sincerely,
Seth Cammeyer and Brian Leader
