Improveit is proud to announce it has received the 2022 Guildmaster Award from GuildQuality! Founded in 2003 with a focus on customer service in the residential construction industry, GuildQuality helps companies like Improveit monitor their businesses and strengthen their brands by collecting and reviewing unbiased customer feedback.
For Improveit, our long-standing partnership includes having GuildQuality survey our customers on everything from areas of satisfaction to issue resolution.
To earn the Guildmaster award, GuildQuality looked closely at our customers’ likelihood of recommending Imprioveit to friends and family. We’re honored to find that, upon reviewing survey responses, more than 90% of Improveit customers said they would recommend our business to a friend!
Striving for Guildmaster status every day
Out of nearly 2,000 eligible applicants, Improveit is one of just over 400 residential construction businesses in the country to achieve Guildmaster status for 2022. Improveit also earned Guildmaster status in 2020, and will continue to work toward the same level of excellence every day!
