At ImproveIt, Our Installers Shine
Aug 31, 2020ImproveIt customers rave about our installation crews
Here’s a Labor Day 2020 hat-tip to our hardworking, hands-on teams!
Working with a home improvement company involves a lot of trust
- That project consultants are providing the best recommendations
- That designers are steering you toward products and layouts that will improve your space and the value of your house
- That you’re getting your money’s worth for the investment in your home
At ImproveIt, whether you work with us for window replacement or a bathroom remodel, we know your trust in our team is at its peak when the real construction work begins. That’s why we pride ourselves on installation crews that go above and beyond to provide you with an excellent installation experience.
“When you’re about to have a dozen windows replaced and you’re literally going to have holes in the side of your house, we know our customers are going to have questions,” says ImproveIt’s director of installation and service.
“Our installers are the experts that are going to put that house back together better than they found it. They really know what they’re doing, and we make sure they’re ready to answer all of our customers’ questions and address any concern that comes up.”
I’mproveIt’s director of installation and service manages nearly three dozen installers throughout ImproveIt’s four service areas in Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, and Louisville. He loves visiting job sites to get homeowner feedback first-hand.
“I’ve walked up to customers’ homes in the middle of a project and the homeowner will say, ‘you’re not here to interrupt my guys, are you?'” he laughs. “They’re working hard, getting the job done efficiently and effectively, cleaning up everything like they were never there – our customers love that. I’d never dream of getting in the way of our crews when there out there doing it right!”
Exceptional Installation
Some ImproveIt customers have been so pleased with their installation crews that they request the same installers for subsequent jobs. Pickerington, Ohio resident Alan Lancaster is one of them. He worked with ImproveIt to replace all the windows in his house over the course of three years and had just one request when setting those appointments.
“I was so impressed with the level of quality of the crew that installed my first set of windows, he says. “I’m very particular about those kinds of things, and that became the biggest catch for the other window installations. I told the owner, ‘if you want me to put the rest of these windows in, you need to make sure the same crew comes each time.’ They were that good.”
Countless other ImproveIt customers agree!
Debbie S. says her installer, “was courteous, prompt, efficient, and above all, when he completed the installation and was out the door, there was no evidence that we had just installed a new tub and surround.” In hoping that there wouldn’t be any touch-up work for her to do after the project, she adds. “He did a fantastic job and all we had to do was re-hang the towels. I’m still in awe!”
Bobbi J. says she was impressed by how well her window installation crew worked together. “The day of install blew my mind,” she says. “They removed 16 windows and installed 13 in those spots with very little direction. They just worked together like a fine-oiled machine.” She adds that the installers patiently answered all of her questions and demonstrated the windows’ functionality, including the security locks. “If you hadn’t seen [the crew] install them, you wouldn’t have guessed the same day how clean it was – like no one had done anything that day. Very impressed!”
Gary M. was pleased to see that his installers showed respect for his home. “The installers were very professional, efficient, and clean, doing a thorough job of cleaning up when finished,” he says. “They took extra measures not to damage our new roof when they replaced our attic windows by using a lift.”
Professional, polite, knowledgeable, and hard-working are some of the most popular words ImproveIt customers use to describe our installation crews. For us, that all translates to “awesome installers,” and as we celebrate Labor Day, we couldn’t be more proud or more thankful for their service to our company and our customers.
“We truly appreciate everything our installers do every day and can’t thank them enough. They’re working hard and constantly getting even better every day. We’re so proud to have them on our team.”
